Vivid relationship  – is a special programme of Kitokie projektai for the people and organisations working in the social field. One of the main reasons why the Vivid relationship programme was born is that most of our team have wide experience working in the social field as volunteers, social workers, psychologists and as trainers.
The main idea of Vivid relationship  – is to unfold human relationships. Vivid – means ever changing and renewing, therefore unbound by prejudice, stereotypes, and formalities and thus, more adequate for the present moment. Vivid relationship means honest encounter with human beings by being aware about oneself and the other, by reacting and staying authentic and by communicating based on understanding as well as respect for personal experiences.
By following a variety of issues of human professions (psychology, social work, social education and similar) and by constantly being involved in experiential education and counselling we have discovered, that good, sustainable results only become possible through authentic human encounter. Only by open and qualitative cooperation of professionals, by creating and maintaining honest relationships between professional and client, by developing stereotype and prejudice-free communication in groups and communities, maybe even in societies important changes may be reached.
It is often thought that in order to provide help in human professions special techniques and methods are important. We believe that relationships are more essential. Vivid relationships heal the wounded, empower the weak, encourage the shy and grow solidarity.
