Experiential studio®. This method is based on experiential learning and the personal learning styles theory developed by D.Kolb. It is a deep learning method consisting of four steps – experiencing, analysing personal experience, forming proper conclusions and applying them in practice;

dILEMMA THEATRE®. This method is based on A.Boals Forum Theatre. Participating people recognise, name and experience dilemma situations in which certain values or principles are or are not present and look for the maximum amount of alternative solutions through re-enactment.The essence of the method fits to this – do not explain, rather show. Learning results are memorable and personally important;

Open Space Technology, originally invented by Harrison Owen and colleagues. This is one of the modern methods (according to Michael Pannwitz) creating structure and opportunity for participating people to work on their authentic issues. With the help of this method, the involvement of large groups of people at the same time are possible (up to 1000 people);

3D needs analysis™ (© A.Deltuva and M.Taylor). This is a session of needs analysis in which group goals and needs are examined. Three important parties take part in the session – learning participants, contractors (management of organisation or similar) and consultants. Based on identified strengths and weaknesses specific needed competencies are named and then choices taken about which are to be learnt in a course, personally or in other ways. The main aim of this session is to develop a focused and pinpointed training programme. Participating people become co-authors of the training programme and therefore take part in training more actively;
