Metods:
Experiential studio™. People learn from their own experience. The experience is organized in certain way: it is attractive; it has learning challenge in it. People learn from their senses, feelings, and thoughts. Experiential studio is a process of learning from direct experience - problems analyzed are specific, they appear here and now. (Association of Experiential Education 1995).
Learning results are unique for every group or team, because they come out from real experience. Every team learns things that are most necessary for it. Knowledge being born in a program is not an academic kind of knowledge. Results of learning are personalized, emotionally deep and adaptable in practice.
Communication piramid™ is a tool of acknowledgement of communication processes. The content of presentation is related together with behavior of speaker, his relation to audience. This makes a presentation more suggestive. This tool is used in presentation skills training, client relation building, sales training.
dILEMMA Theatre™. This method is based on Forum theatre – original method of Augusto Boal. People solve dilemmatic or conflict situations by performing (re-living) them. The core of the method rests on inviting people to show and act rather than suggest or talk. To show and act the problem as you see and the solutions that you find appropriate. Learning process therefore is very intense, interactive and enabling people to work with very specific situations. Learning outcomes are personally important and easily remembered. Method is used when learning about ethical dilemmas in the company, solving conflict situations, or communicational dilemmas.
Open space technology is a modern method and structure to work only with urgent problems. Due to this method many people can be involved and take direct part in discussions. We work with groups from 10 to 1000 people. This method already helped in solving strategic questions, dealing with problems to revitalize corporate values, making agreements in changing situation. Our consultants have learned this method from source professionals.
How We Accomplish Results

Development of competencies and skills (participants aim to be competent).
When we utilize this most popular way of training, we help participants to increase their competence level, assimilate knowledge and skills, which are required for their job performance.
Inclusion of emotions and feelings (participants want authenticity).
To achieve training results not only competences, but also emotions and intensive experience is needed.
Our training programs of intensive experience are prepared to ask urgent questions and become entirely involved in experience. People get insights from this intensive experience, because we speak about true things: attitudes towards work, participation in organization's life.
Our methods help participants to be active in learning process and to develop themselves.
Awareness training (participants seek to give meaning to what they do).
Awareness training of employees help to grasp the meaning of organization's activity, to perceive the personal input for organization together with feelings of being a part of organization. Our clients get feedback and opportunity to think over their business development.

Common sense considering the theories
Under the guidance of the common sense we are able to determine the results of a certain action promptly define some process or briefly describe a problem. Organizations begin to use multitude of instruments and concepts, but the questions about their utility and applicability are being rarely raised. Theories may appear nice and suggestive and can be well linked to the practical instruments, however they are potentially limited. Theory gives sense of security. We work with examined theories.
Responsibility for own development
What else could we teach our employees? Sometimes organizations avoid it by having strategy or development plans for a year or two in advance. Personnel managers along with the consultants try to find the right answers, sometimes they address the direct superiors. But the employees usually respond, “I don’t know, you’re a consultant, you tell me what else should I learn”. However it might be hard for a consultant to indicate what to learn if employees do not actively participate in the training needs determination process. Participant will always get more from training, if he knows, what he wants to learn.
Consiuosnes and creativity
We want the employees themselves (and not just personnel managers) to analyze their situation at work, search and find ways how to improve productivity, cooperation, how to act more proactively in the market without waiting for the decisions or instructions from above.
Sincerity and trust
Sincerity helps to give open, direct and quick information exchange. However it is followed by responsibility, reactions of other persons (even the unpleasant ones), possibility to error. Manipulation on other hand empowers to control and manage, at least in a short-term perspective. Trust provides possibility for the colleagues to lean on each other, then numerous procedures and rules are not necessary. Mistrust helps to prevent mistakes, both deliberate and involuntary, to prevent from disappointments by other persons. There can be fewer mistakes, less price to pay, however the less energy invested, the less achieved.

It is clear that development of HR starts from self. A person himself needs to feel interest to improve, change, learn and look for for new solutions. "Kitokie projektai" opens the window to understanding, what is urgent for everyone, what are strong points, what is to be grinded in training. I like the most a principle of free choice in conception and action of „Kitokie projektai“. It gives freedom, stimulates initiative and involvement.
When I look for diverse, not ordinary solution, and want employees to get really new knowledge, broaden view, rather then participate only for tick off, make them grasp possibilities to start action, I ask for “Kitokie projektai”.
